Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) district leaders often feel over extended and unable to adequately meet the ministry needs of the pastors and congregations they supervise.
Lutheran Church Extension Fund’s (LCEF) Ministry Solutions team helps district leaders and the church workers and congregations they serve discover new opportunities, design proven solutions and align resources for the overall goal of expanding ministries to move forward according to God’s will. As an LCEF team connects, communicates and collaborates with districts, we help congregations grow ministries, become healthier and walk alongside the called workers, providing guidance, consulting, coaching and encouragement.

Depending on your specific need, our experienced staff will recommend one of our processes to engage in a partnership towards growth and extending ministries according to God’s will. In-person, one-on-one and group gatherings are all incorporated in the next steps towards clarifying your need, understanding the engagement by both involved and agreeing to partner together.
